pack n go
QuarkXPress, Microsoft Publisher and Adobe PageMaker and InDesign all have features that enable the user to copy and collect all pictures and/or fonts used in the document and place them in a separate folder. This feature is useful because you won't have any problems with missing links or fonts when the file is sent to us.

gripper
On all documents that will be printed on the press, please make sure you have left at least a 5/16"
margin on the lead edge (the edge that goes into the press first) of your document. This space is called the gripper edge. The space cannot have any ink on it.

spot colors
If you plan to print using 2 or more spot colors, please make sure to specify to us and in your document the Pantone Matching System (PMS) color ink you would like us to use. Please also make sure your document is set up to be color-separated, which means you have specified all of the PMS spot color inks in your document and have made sure they can be printed separately. QuarkXPress, Publisher, PageMaker and InDesign all have Pantone color swatches in the program, allowing you to choose a PMS color and convert each item in your document to that specific color.

|
color separation
If you plan to print a 4-color document, please make sure all images in your document have been converted into CMYK mode before sending it to us. If the images are in RGB mode, the colors may not print the same as they looked in your original. |
